Healthy relationships

Healthy relationships are essential for your personal, social, and intimate development, and play a key role in promoting a more equal and compassionate society.

If you feel uncomfortable in your relationship, it is important to talk to someone you trust or consult a professional.

It may be necessary to ask yourself certain questions about your relationship. When you have feelings for someone, it is natural to want the relationship to work, but sometimes we tend to accept behaviors that we should not tolerate. This is never the right solution.

Do not hesitate to discuss it with a close person or consult a professional. You may be in an unhealthy relationship. It is essential that you feel respected and confident. You have the right to be yourself, and it is important that your well-being is protected. Talk to someone you feel comfortable with, or contact anonymous help lines or specialized services.

Do you think you are a victim of violence?

If you believe you are a victim of physical, psychological, sexual, economic or institutional violence, or female genital mutilation (FGM), you can contact one of the Planning Familial centers, the National Centre for Victims of Violence, or consult our dictionary on the subject of violence.
