A contraceptive method that consists in obstructing or tying off the fallopian tubes that carry the egg to the uterus. The aim is to prevent the egg from passing from the ovary to the fallopian tubes, meeting the spermatozoa and thus preventing fertilization. This method is less widely used, recommended and not very accessible, making it less suitable and recommended for young people.
