Following the last AGM, the Board of Directors comprised 8 members who work in a variety of professional fields: medical, educational, legal, cultural and financial.

- Yves Bruch, Vice-Chairman, appointed in April 2024 until the Annual General Meeting in 2028.
- Isabelle Rolland-Portal, Vice-Chairwoman, appointed in July 2021 and in June 2025 until the Annual General Meeting in 2029.
- Sandra Rodrigues Pereira, Treasurer, appointed on 22/02/2024 until the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2028.
- Elise Bally, Secretary, appointed in June 2025 until the Annual General Meeting in 2029.
- Christine Schiltz, Board member from June 2024 until the Annual General Meeting in 2028.
- Marion Pichonnier, Board member from June 2024 until the Annual General Meeting in 2028.

- It implements the tools needed to achieve the association’s corporate purpose.
- It defends and promotes its mission, philosophy, values and reputation.
- It advocates for every individual, without discrimination of any kind, to enjoy rights and choices concerning their sexual and reproductive health.
- It develops and provides leadership for the association’s strategic direction and policies.
- It acts as a link between the association and society as a whole.
- It ensures the association’s continuity, collective responsibility and good governance.
- It ensures the integrity of its members. It has a code of conduct enabling its members to identify and declare any actual or potential conflicts of interest.
- It monitors the association’s performance and financial health.
