Care

One of the most important components of emotional relationships, and one that enables healthy personal development, is growing up surrounded by care, protection and nurturing, especially during the crucial periods of life: childhood and adolescence. This will determine the ability to take care of oneself and participate in social dynamics to look after the needs of others. This process, which we call caring, has been fundamental to the survival of the species. In fact, since the dawn of time, it has given rise to the dynamics of collaboration between human beings and adaptive capacities that enable us to meet the challenges of the environment.
