Cybermobbing involves intentionally insulting, threatening, ridiculing or harassing someone online for an extended period of time. The perpetrator(s), known as a “bully”, chooses a victim who seems unable to defend him/herself against his/her attacks. The perpetrator takes advantage of the power imbalance between him/herself and the victim to socially isolate the latter (Bee Secure).
